2 Account Registration
Registration Process
To open an account with 16bd you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 16bd support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
Verification (KYC)
16bd may request documents for identity verification at any time. If the required documents are not provided in time, the account may be temporarily suspended. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. This process is essential for the security of your account.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on 16bd is ৳300 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
16bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x), meaning you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made. If the conditions are not met within the specified period from the date the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
Other Promotions
16bd offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are provided in detail at the time of announcement. 16bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. Wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be merged with withdrawable cash.
Bonus Abuse
If the bonus system is abused, favourable betting patterns are used, or there is an attempt to artificially meet conditions, 16bd may cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Deposited funds may also be forfeited if fair play principles are violated.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
General Gaming Conditions
The outcome of all games displayed on 16bd is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). All users enjoy games with fair and equal opportunity. If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, 16bd will review the game result and make the correct decision. If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, it will be re-evaluated based on server logs.
Sports Betting
Special rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), badminton and other sports. If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. Bets placed on events involving match fixing or illegal activity will be considered void. Odds may change in live betting — the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.

VIP Conditions
VIP cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts each week. The cashback amount may vary depending on the activity of the relevant week. VIP benefits are non-transferable. 16bd reserves the right to change VIP status for any reason.
7 Prohibited Activities
Strictly Prohibited
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Registering or completing verification with false information
- Abusing the bonus system or placing artificial bets
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Hacking, manipulation or software exploitation
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account
- Fraudulent activity against other users
- Creating an account for a minor
- Playing using bots or automated tools

16bd may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Detection of fraud or fraudulent activity
- Verification information found to be false
- Suspicion of money laundering
